This Privacy Policy explains how Dot & Dev Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website or get in touch with us about a project.

We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and work with you, and we never sell it.

02Information we collect

When you use the contact form on our website, you can share:

• your name, company or business name, and role;
• your email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
• details about your project — your idea, its current stage, your goals, the services you're interested in, timeline and budget range;
• your preferred way to be contacted, and optionally a link to an existing website or app.

We also receive whatever you choose to include if you email us or message us directly. We don't ask for sensitive information (such as financial, health or identity documents) through the website — please don't send it that way.

03How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• reply to your enquiry and follow up by your preferred contact method;
• understand your project so we can prepare a quote or proposal;
• deliver, support and invoice the services you engage us for.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

04Data storage and security

Our contact form doesn't send your details to a server or save them in a database. When you submit it, your details are placed into a pre-filled WhatsApp message that opens on your own device — nothing reaches us until you choose to send that message.

Once you do, your message is kept in our WhatsApp account (and in our email, if you contact us that way) for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry or deliver your project, and to keep reasonable business records. We limit access to the people working on your enquiry and take reasonable steps to keep it secure, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

05Cookies

Our website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

The only thing we store in your browser is a single session-storage flag that remembers you've already seen our intro animation, so it doesn't replay every time you come back to the homepage during a visit. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.

The footer newsletter sign-up isn't connected yet, so email addresses entered there aren't stored. When it goes live, we'll only use your address to send the newsletter, and you'll be able to unsubscribe at any time.

06Third-party services

A few third parties are involved when you use our website:

• WhatsApp — contact form submissions are sent as WhatsApp messages, which are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — our fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, under Google's privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider — like most websites, the servers that deliver this site may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability.

07Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within a reasonable time — usually a few working days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it (for example, invoices).
